Crescent Engineering collaborated with the in-house Engineering and Architecture team to provide drawings for the M&E design. The design was conducted to keep energy efficiency and longevity in mind and a number of innovative designs and equipment selections were included, such as the use of CHP (Cogeneration Heating Plant) and installation of geothermal heat pumps.
